Until We All Arrive

Chapter 3

The Gift of Love – The Most Excellent Way

Scripture Reading: 1 Cor. 12:31; 1 Cor. 13:13;

Lord Jesus! Lord, You are the life-giving Spirit. We are joined to You. We are one spirit. Lord, this morning we want to hear what the Spirit speaks to the church. We open our being to You. We want to have a change of mind; we want to be perfected until we all arrive at the oneness of the faith. Lord, in this morning speak to us; give us an ear to hear You.

We Need to Be Transferred

We are very happy about what the Lord has spoken to us, especially in these last six months. We are in the church life. Brothers and sisters, the church life is the best place! This is the environment the Lord has prepared for us so that we may receive the life supply from the Lord for our growth and our perfecting. Hallelujah! In these last six months the Lord has shown us the latter ministry of the apostle John. This is wonderful and this is the Lord’s mercy to us. This is the third phase of the ministry of John. He brings us into the organic realm. This realm is totally of the Spirit and life.

In the first message of this conference the Lord spoke to us regarding the matter of repentance. Repentance is the way the Lord gives us so that we would be transferred from our natural condition to a new condition. In the latter ministry of the apostle John, the Spirit raised him up in the first age of the church so that he would help the churches to be transferred from the realm of tradition to the realm of the reality of the truth so that they would walk in the truth.

The Lord wants to lead us to walk in the reality of the truth. Perhaps some of us are still living the church life in a traditional way. Especially if we were born and grew up in the church life, we may have and see everything in a traditional way. But the Lord brought us here to transfer us into the organic realm, the realm of Spirit and life and to lead us to walk in the truth. To repent is not only to cry about our past, but it is to have a change of mind so we would be transferred into a new condition.

The Lord brought us here so that we could be transferred. In the first message we saw that we need to repent. The apostle Paul says in Romans 12:2, “And do not be fashioned according to this age, but be transformed by the renewing of the mind…” The way for us to be transferred is to be renewed and the way for us to be renewed is through repentance.

When the apostle John went to the Island of Patmos, he was in spirit, he could repent, and through repentance he had a change of life. He had a fresh vision and his service for the Lord had a new beginning. Hallelujah! Are you in the spirit? Whoever is in the spirit say Amen! If we are in the spirit we will hear what the Spirit says to us. So when the Spirit speaks to us let us not say that we know it already! Just say, “Lord, I repent, I want to change my mind. I want to have transfer. Lord, bring me into the realm of reality, into the organic realm. Bring me to the realm of the Spirit.”

When we come into this realm we can be perfected. Hallelujah! The church life is the best realm. There is no better place on earth for us to be perfected. Oh Lord Jesus! This perfecting is not only for a few. This perfecting is not for those who are better; this perfecting is not for those who are already graduated from university. This perfecting is for all to arrive. All the members of the Body of Christ need to be perfected because this is a work. There is a work to be accomplished and this is the work of the ministry.

Do you know what the work of the ministry is? It is the building up of the Body of Christ! The Lord is merciful. None of us deserves this. None of us is worthy, but the Lord reached us and He made us members of His Body. He wants to perfect us so that we may be useful for His building up. Oh Lord Jesus! In this process of perfecting, we need our whole being to be saturated.
