Eating the Word

If you desire to be strong, what must you do? Humanly speaking you must exercise, but before you exercise you must eat. If you do not eat, you will not have energy to exercise. So we must eat and exercise. In order to pass the stage of just being a little one, we must become strong and overcome the evil one and the sinful nature which is within us. How can we do this? We can because the word of God dwells in us. Praise the Lord for the Daily Food. Digesting this material gives us energy and strength to overcome the evil one. In every situation where the evil one is, we can overcome him. In this way we can manifest the life which is in us.

Don't think to be organized is a small thing young people. After Satan rebelled and was judged, God began by putting things in order through His word, light and life. If we have the word, we have the light and life and this gives us order. In John 20 we can see after the Lord resurrected that He left even His tomb in an organized condition. John 20:6 says, “Then Simon Peter also came, following him, and entered into the tomb; and he beheld the linen cloths lying there And the handkerchief which had been over His head, not lying with the linen cloths, but folded up in one place apart.” The Lord folded His linen cloths to show us that He is a living person.

When we overcome our fallen nature, we can come to a new stage. Maybe this year we are just little children, only able to ask forgiveness and confess. But the Lord wants to make us young men who are strong and have overcome the evil one. To walk in the truth we need to enjoy the Lord, call on His name and be in His word. When we are full of the Spirit we can practice the word and can manifest all the things that God is. He is light; He is righteous; He is many things.

Heeding the Teaching of the Anointing

Many people think that to know God is to know doctrines about Him. But John wrote to us to show us that the only way to know God is when He reveals Himself to us. First John 2:27 says, “And as for you, the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you have no need that anyone teach you; but as His anointing teaches you concerning all things and is true and is not a lie, and even as it has taught you, abide in Him.” The apostle John shows us that the true knowledge comes from the anointing, which is the moving of the Spirit in our innermost being.

In John 6, the Lord shows us that He is the bread of life. Verse 41 says, “The Jews therefore murmured concerning Him because He said, I am the bread that came down out of heaven.” Verses 44-45 continue, “No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up in the last day. It is written in the prophets, ‘And they shall all be taught of God.' Every one who has heard and learned from the Father comes to Me.” The true teaching cannot be transmitted by just anyone. Only God Himself can teach us; we must always come to God.

When John heard a voice, he turned to see who was speaking with him. We must take care of our conscience so that we can have fellowship with God. God has given us the freedom to choose the path we will take. As young children and young men we all need protection and guidance from the Lord. We need to be those who learn to follow the moving of the anointing the Lord has given us. To know the Lord and to hear His voice.

If we heed the anointing many problems can be avoided. First, God will use the anointing, but many times we do not listen. Then God needs to do something in our environment to get our attention. So we need to learn, even from our young age, to listen to the Lord. This will give us the true teaching in our lives.

Many young people are looking for love at first sight, but we need to protect ourselves. Do not love the world or the things in the world. Let us all learn together to know the Lord, to exercise the spirit, and to hear the speaking of the Lord.
